About DemandWire

We don't publish news.
We produce intelligence.

There is more workforce information available than ever. The advantage comes from knowing what matters in your market, what it means, and what to do next.

That is why DemandWire exists.

Our Philosophy

Information has become a commodity. Intelligence has not.

There is no shortage of workforce information.

Government data. Hiring reports. Business announcements. Layoff notices. Wage data. Economic forecasts. Industry news. More information is available today than at any point in history.

The challenge is no longer finding information. The challenge is knowing which signals matter, how they connect, and what they mean in the market where you actually do business.

DemandWire was built around a simple idea:

The value is not in seeing more information. The value is knowing what to do with it.

That is why DemandWire goes beyond reporting what happened. We look for the change behind the numbers, the opportunity inside the signal, and the action worth taking next.

Why I Built DemandWire

I've spent my career looking for what everyone else hasn't seen yet.

I've spent more than 30 years building technology and businesses, and about a decade working closely with staffing companies. In both worlds, I've learned the same lesson: having more information isn't the advantage. Seeing what it means before everyone else does is.

That became the idea behind DemandWire. The signals were already out there — companies expanding, facilities opening, hiring changing, workers becoming available, wages moving. But they were scattered across thousands of sources, and no one was connecting them into a clear picture of what was happening in a local market.

I built DemandWire to do that — to find the signals, connect the dots, and answer the question that matters most:

Where is the opportunity — and what should I do next?

Technology makes it possible to watch more of the market than any one person ever could. But judgment is still the product. That's why I remain directly involved in the intelligence DemandWire delivers.

Recognize change. Discover opportunity. Move first.

The advantage does not belong to the company with the most information. It belongs to the one that sees what matters — and acts on it.
