1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DemandWire Network website, intelligence briefs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Joe Sleeman LLC (“DemandWire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

DemandWire provides market intelligence briefs derived from publicly available information. The Service is intended to support your own business decisions. It is informational and directional in nature and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or employment advice.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are offered on a per-region basis and billed monthly unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that time.

5. Acceptable Use

Each subscription is licensed for use within a single organization. You agree not to:
  • Resell, republish, or redistribute the briefs or their contents to third parties outside your organization;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Attempt to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative intelligence products from the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The DemandWire name, logo, the intelligence framework, the briefs, and all related materials are the property of Joe Sleeman LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the briefs for your internal business purposes only.

7. Accuracy and No Guarantee

DemandWire compiles and interprets public information and reviews it for accuracy, but we do not warrant that every signal, figure, or recommendation is complete or error-free. Market conditions change, and outcomes depend on factors outside our control. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any business result, placement, or sale.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joe Sleeman LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or business, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
